Our flagship programme, Inspired Talent, is build around the concept of “Do what you love and get paid for it.”  This programme is offered to people at deferent levels of education to help them figure out their natural talents and so they can choose training and professions that are truly inspiring to them. This programme helps entrepreneurs to align their ventures with their top personal values and employees to get into roles that are speak to their top values. People who do what they love have higher chances of succeeding because they need very little motivation to perform their tasks and persevere in their entrepreneurial pursuits.

We offer organisational and leadership development programmes to help individuals and teams in organisations to be more effective and attain high performance. The offerings include executive and business coaching, team building and employee experience consulting.  SLI also provides keynote speakers, MCs and moderators to meet organisational or industry event needs.

Our individual offerings include life coaching, financial literacy, public talks and seminars. The talks and seminars are on inspiration, personal mastery, leadership and financial education.
